Kaliun sends text messages only to people who have given us permission. Consent is collected verbally, over the phone or in person, using the following script:

Hi, this is [name] from Kaliun. As part of setting up your account, we'd like to send you text messages at this number. These include login verification codes, proposal notifications, appointment and job scheduling reminders, project status updates, and account security alerts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Do we have your permission to send text messages to this number?

We record the date and time of consent, the phone number, and the name of the person who consented before any messages are sent.
