Questions about using Kaliun in the field
What can I do in the Kaliun mobile app?
Review project information, manage supported contact and task workflows, and capture field notes and photos through daily logs. The app is focused on work away from the desk; some document editing and administration still belong on desktop.
Does the mobile app work offline?
Supported daily-log and photo capture can be queued on the device when a connection is unavailable. The app retries queued uploads when it reconnects or returns to the foreground. Contacts, tasks, and other online records still need a connection; this is not an offline copy of the entire CRM.
When can the office see my field update?
The update becomes available after the daily log and its media upload successfully. A queued item on your phone is not yet a shared project record. Review upload status before relying on the office having received it.
Can homeowners see every daily log?
No. Project daily logs and homeowner updates have different audiences. Choose the entries you share through the client portal; keep internal issues and notes with your team.
Which app download is available?
Use the App Store link on this page for the published iOS app. Contact the team to confirm availability for your device and the workflows you need before choosing a plan.
Does mobile have every desktop feature?
No. The mobile app supports field and everyday CRM workflows. Some advanced editing, including contract document editing, is handled on desktop. Bring your normal workflow to a demo so you can check which actions are available on each device.
