How to install the Kaliun mobile app
Download Kaliun on your iPhone or Android and sign in to your workspace in under two minutes.
Take your CRM to the job site. The Kaliun mobile app works on iPhone and Android.
Download the app
Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and search for Kaliun CRM. Tap Download or Install.
Open and sign in
Launch the app and tap Sign In. Enter the same email and password you use on the web version of Kaliun.
Approve permissions
The app asks for access to your camera (for site photos), photo library, location (for geotagging), and notifications (for real-time alerts). Approve all four for the best experience.
You're in
Your contacts, projects, tasks, and proposals are all here. The app syncs with your web workspace in real time.
What happens next
- Your dashboard shows today's tasks, upcoming events, and recent activity — just like the web app.
- Changes you make on mobile sync instantly to the web, and vice versa.
- The app caches your recent projects, contacts, and tasks locally, so you can keep working even when you lose connectivity on a job site. Edits sync automatically when you're back online.
Push notifications keep you in the loop — new leads, proposal views, task assignments, and payment confirmations all send instant alerts to your phone. You can customize which notifications you receive in the app's settings.
