How to manage your subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Kaliun plan from the Billing page.
All plan changes happen in one place. Here's how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
Upgrade or change your plan
Open the Billing page
Go to Settings → Billing. You'll see your current plan, usage, and next billing date.
Click "Change Plan"
A comparison view shows all available plans with features and pricing.
Pick your new plan
Select the plan you want. If you're upgrading, the change takes effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing cycle.
Confirm
Review the summary showing what you'll pay today and your new recurring amount. Click Confirm to apply the change.
Cancel your subscription
Open the Billing page
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click "Cancel Plan"
Kaliun asks you to confirm. Your workspace stays fully active until the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation
When the billing period ends, your workspace becomes read-only. You can still log in and view everything, but you can't create or edit records. Your data is retained for 60 days, giving you time to export or reactivate.
Save with annual billing. Switching from monthly to annual saves roughly 17%. You can change billing frequency from the same Change Plan screen.
Adding users mid-cycle? No problem. When you invite a new team member, the per-seat cost is prorated automatically — you only pay for the remaining days in the current billing period.
