How to connect Google Calendar

Sync events between Kaliun and Google Calendar so your schedule stays in one place.

Keep your Kaliun calendar and Google Calendar in sync. Events created in either place show up in both.

Open the Integrations page

Go to Settings → Integrations and find the Google Calendar card.

Click "Connect Google Calendar"

You'll be redirected to Google's sign-in page. Log in with the Google account that has the calendar you want to sync.

Approve calendar access

Google shows you what Kaliun is requesting — read and write access to your calendar. Click Allow.

You're connected

Back in Kaliun, the Google Calendar card shows a green "Connected" badge. Your Google Calendar events start syncing within a few minutes.

What happens next

  • Events you create in Kaliun automatically appear on your Google Calendar
  • Events from your Google Calendar show up in Kaliun's calendar view (read-only)
  • If an event overlaps with an existing one, Kaliun flags the scheduling conflict
  • Each team member connects their own Google account — sync is per-person, not per-workspace

Apple Calendar users: You don't need Google. Go to Settings → Integrations → Apple Calendar and copy the iCal feed URL. Paste it into Apple Calendar (File → New Calendar Subscription) and your Kaliun events will show up there automatically.
