How to connect Gmail
Send emails from your own Gmail address and auto-log conversations on each contact's timeline.
When you connect Gmail, every email Kaliun sends goes out from your real address instead of a generic no-reply. Here's how to set it up.
Open the Integrations page
Go to Settings → Integrations and find the Gmail card.
Click "Connect Gmail"
You'll be redirected to Google's sign-in page. Log in with the Gmail account you want to send from.
Approve permissions
Google shows you what Kaliun is requesting access to — specifically the ability to send emails on your behalf. Click Allow.
You're connected
Kaliun redirects you back to the Integrations page. The Gmail card now shows your connected email address with a green badge.
What happens next
- Proposals, invoices, and other emails sent from Kaliun now come from your Gmail address (not noreply@kaliun.com)
- Sent emails appear in your Gmail Sent folder, so you have a copy
- Email conversations are automatically logged on the contact's activity timeline in Kaliun
- Each team member connects their own Gmail account — there's nothing to share
If you use Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), the process is the same. Your IT admin may need to allow the Kaliun app in the Google Admin console first.
