Creating your account
Sign up for Kaliun and get your workspace provisioned in under a minute.
Every Kaliun user lives inside a workspace — a container for all your contacts, proposals, projects, and team members. When you sign up, Kaliun creates a workspace for you automatically.
Sign up
Go to kaliun.com and click Start Free Trial
You'll land on the signup form.
Enter your details
- Full name — how your name appears to teammates and on proposals
- Business email — used for login and system notifications
- Company name — becomes the workspace name (you can change it later)
- Password — minimum 8 characters
Verify your email
Kaliun sends a verification link to the address you provided. Click the link to activate your account. This step is required before you can send proposals or invoices.
Sign in and land on the dashboard
You'll be dropped into your new workspace with the dashboard open.
The URL contains your workspace slug — e.g. kaliun.com/acme-remodeling/dashboard.
What happens automatically
When your account is created, Kaliun provisions:
- A workspace with a URL-safe slug derived from your company name
- An Owner role assigned to you (full access to everything)
- A default People pipeline with stages: New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal Sent → Won / Lost
- A 14-day free trial of the full platform — no credit card required
Troubleshooting
Didn't receive the verification email? Check spam/junk first. If
it's genuinely missing, you can request a resend from the login page.
Emails come from noreply@kaliun.com — add to your safe senders list.
"Email already in use" means an account already exists with that address. Either sign in instead, or contact support to merge accounts if your business has multiple.
Forgot password? Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. Reset links expire after 30 minutes.
